Upon cleared payment, the participant receives personal, non-transferable access to the AEGIS repository for the duration and purpose of the program.

2. Confidentiality & exclusivity

The participant shall not redistribute, resell, publish, or disclose the source code, methodology, or derived artifacts to any third party. Access is bound to the participant's verified identity.

3. Release conditions

Deliverables are released only after payment clears and this contract is signed. Breach terminates access and triggers the remedies set out herein.

4. Term

Confidentiality and exclusivity obligations survive completion or termination of the program.
