Must demonstrate: role separation, multi-harness dispatch, scope integrity, review gate, evidence, deterministic delivery, human authority, fail-closed behaviour.

Additional challenge

Implement one of: a new adapter; a new deterministic gate; a health capability; Challenger; an audit trigger; a context-accounting mechanism.

The student does not push E:\bridle unless the Owner asks.
